About Light Kings 
Empire Yard Services Inc. began in 1999 with a Fall Clean-Up service. The season proved to be successful and the business was expanded to include Christmas Light setup as Light Kings, and the response was overwhelming. There were many requests from customers for year-round property care, because they wanted to deal with only one company that they could trust and depend upon for their year round property maintenance. In our second year, our list of services expanded to include Spring Clean Ups, Weekly Lawn Care, Light Landscaping and Snow Removal. A decade later, Empire Yard Services owns a fleet of trucks and trailers, a large and expending inventory of lawn care and Christmas light equipment, and we employ many crews of experienced people around Calgary. We have many happy customers, many who have been with us from our first year of business! The business changed hands in 2008 and the new owners remain committed to building upon the strong foundation of the decade of success of Empire Yard Services and Light Kings.
